Sustainable Haiti Conference 2011, the 2nd annual version of Haiti’s largest economic development conference, will take place from Monday, April 4th- Wednesday, April 6th, 2011 at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Close to 500 attendees are expected.

Last spring, Sustainable Haiti Conference took place as a special “conference within a conference” during Social Venture Capital/Social Enterprise Conference- Miami from Wednesday, March 17th- Friday, March 19th, 2010. To date, it represented the most comprehensive economic development conference of all time for Haiti.
39 workshops and panels + over 100 speakers from around the world participated during the 1st annual Sustainable Haiti Conference, including former Prime Minister Michele Duvivier Pierre-Louis, Minister of the Haitians Living Abroad Edwin Paraison, actor Jimmy Jean-Louis, and musician Richard Morse.
